Please consider using tape instead of stapler to close the bag. When i open the bag, the staples scratch open my hand and it bleed. The food is good but the staples is an issue.

Great food, good flavor. Only issue was that we ordered rice noodles and were given rice cakes instead. Didn’t realize until getting home.

Waited 30 minutes after order was scheduled to be ready for pick up. Stood with crowd of people who were also waiting for their late orders. COVID is causing difficulties, but staff was surly when asked about late orders. Also, doughy dumplings.

The ma po tofu is consistently excellent, flavorful and spiced to perfection. The lamb appetizer was disappointing. The meat was tough and dry and the seasonings were not appealing to me.

The Hot and sour soup was MUCH spicier than usual. We have been eating here for a long time and frequently eat this soup. It was so spicy, we couldn’t eat it.

Great food, high quality! It’s expensive if you want to get a variety of dishes, but each dish is large so you’ll get your money’s worth in number of meals.

Really appreciate the excellent safe measures to promote physical distancing. Felt very safe and cared for by the way they set it up so I could pick up the food. Food was great too and excellent value. Would order from again.

Ordered chicken fried rice but it was given shrimp fried rice. Did not notice the shrimp until I had already eaten some of it and got pretty sick as I am allergic to shell fish. You should make sure you get what you ordered when you pick it up!! This is the second time this has happened to me here, so unlikely I will be going back. Too bad as the food is good.

The Basil dish had NO BASIL. My sick kid was very disappointed. I needed him to eat. So I ordered his favorite dish from his favorite restaurant and they screwed it up.

It took an extra five minutes to bring out my order, obviously not a big deal, seeing how popular and busy they are! Food is so worth it! The shredded pork with bamboo shoots is one of the most addictive, delicious dishes I've ever had.

Restaurant has gotten my order wrong twice. The last time it happened, I told them on the spot, and they put in the correct order quickly. However, this really should not happen.

We ate at Dumpling House on a Tuesday night, and loved it so much we did takeout on Wednesday night. Dumplings of course excellent, but also the filled scallion roll and the rice cakes with mustard greens. Delicious!
